Speed limits kill people..
Discussion
..even if less people die with them enacted.
If without speed limits you get 10 minutes free every day on average that means 5 hour monthly, 60 hours yearly or 3000 hours for entire life. We are talking about useful time now because you certainly won't drive(successfully) in your sleep. If we have 16 hours of useful time daily that means you lose 1/96th part of your life, which at the end means on every 96 persons one has to lose its life. Not sure if enacting speed limits offsets that with modern cars safety, especially if reckless driving and crashing into people continue to be punished with jail.
Am I wrong here with this math?!

Posted at 0204. How many cans of cheap cider do we reckon the OP had consumed before penning this marvellous piece of English prose and fine reasoning?
Maybe he had taken a pause in his exploration/creation of MH370 conspiracy theories. Consumes a lot of time to write a report to the investigators with such wibble theory? Gassing Station | Speed, Plod & the Law | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
