Time lapse cameras

I have found numerous time lapse cameras but my priority wish list is as follows to monitor a holiday home grounds

Motion detect Monday to Friday with 1sec photos
Time lapse photo every hour or two Saturday and Sunday (day of week settings)
Battery life with the above setting at least 8weeks (no power source - although could be set up if nothing on market)
Time and date stamped
Some IP rating
Decent video quality

Can anyone give me any pointers to a reasonably priced camera that satisfys the above criteria - particularly day settings and battery life.....
