Motivation lecture / video...

A good few months ago somebody started a thread with a link to a video on Youtube of a lecture given on motivation, the lecturer spoke about doing an Ironman quite a lot - but I can't find it! Has anyone got the link?

And whilst we're at it, any links to other motivation themed cycling videos?
