Anyone know where I can get one of these? AC type, it came out of the Titanic as you can see.

Have a search on ebay for AC delco sender unit for a bedford. They are the correct voltage and top fitting is correct but you do have alter the length of the float arm easy job. Cant seem to find the one I got but this looks close.

You do know you're supposed to fill the tank with petrol not water wink

If you've bought a new tank, then another way is to fit a Lucas/Smiths one, ex Triumph (or similar), as they did make some with longer arms and for top mount. Not sure which model, Dolomite or 2000 estate? - anyway, it fits in the top hole, and you can match it with a Smiths fuel gauge.

I've done that on my S3 rebuild....

The new tank has AC screw fixings for the sender. There's an adaptor fitting I could use for a Lucas etc bayonet but I think I'll stick with the original and just adapt a bedford unit.
