Pub recommendation - Marylebone
Discussion
Hi All,
I'm meeting a few chaps for a couple of pints after work tomorrow - and wondered if there were any recommendations for a decent real ale pub in the Marylebone/Baker St./Marble Arch area?
I've a had a quick google, but would like recommendations from our Powerfully Built PH Director types
more importantly where to steer clear of.
Cheers,
SVX.

In Marylebone The Prince Regent, and Gunmakers are good pubs. PR a bit posher but still good feel and interesting beers. The Marylebone pub is crap, too much of a bar vibe. Angel in the fields is the more basic (also quieter) pub, I like it there, Good beer as well.
Baker st pretty crap for pubs, I go to the Barley Mow alot as I work around the corner. Basic bog standard pub, I like it. Not much for real ale they always have Camden ale, plus one or two ales on rota. If you like Meantime beers the Beehive on Crawford street is allright, but the feel is cheap bistropub, not too bad but not great.
