My 964 is suffering from crusty manifolds. The system on the whole is in a pretty p*ss-poor state. Can anyone recommend me a full stainless system from manifolds to tip? Something I can get hold of in the UK.

Preferably not too loud or too resonant (want to be able to cruise on motorway without ear goggles on). Also need to keep heat exchangers - not a racecar!

I have found the Dansk system, but worried it may be too loud..

With thanks,

Behr.

You could try Hayward & Scott. They have a very good reputation.

I have a Dansk Dual, 100cell cat, no secondary, custom maf and intake, its raspy and can be loud... 105dbA last measurements. But its not a drone, it sounds more race like when it gets going, and more of a 964 sound at low revs and idle.

If you find Hayward can do the manifolds back to Cat and get a Price, could you let me know through hear, I might be interested.

thanks.

M&M and Caragraphic appear to be the best, but most expensive!

I have my old system that is okay if interested stainless headers, and twin outlet, 98 decibels at 4500rpm

you could have the headers altered to suit your car and re jig the rear box to accept the 2 outlets from the headers,

This could be a aption ?

I'd recommend Fabspeed. Rennlist sponsor with many 964s running their systems. Small heat exchangers can also be an option.

Looks great Markh,

Did you fill in the old exhaust oulets & repaint the bumper ?

Who did the exhaust for you ? Equal length Primary headers ? any increase in power over your old system?
