It appeared here last night. I guess it is going viral.

Sent the pic to my wife and she thought I wanted the bag for Xmas.

Just last week I pulled in to a filling station in a 911 and popped the bonnet as I got out in order to be able to retrieve my wallet from the boot, so that I could pay for my fuel. As I was standing filling the tank, the young forecourt attendant (male - about 21/22 yrs old) came out and said, "you know you can't open the bonnet on the forecourt - its not allowed for health and safety reasons". "why not" I enquired. "We don't allow you to check the oil and water at the pumps, its not safe"
After explaining where he'd made a wrong assumption, I finished fuelling and opened the bonnet fully only to be roared at over the PA by the cashier! At that point I must admmit I had to look for Dom Jolly and a hidden camera!
Made me smile for a while after. Anybody else had a similar experience?

Leaving work we are subject to vehicle searches. Often get 'can I have a look in your boot mate?' As they start walking to the rear of the car. I pop it open from inside, they walk back to the drivers door and say 'Not much luggage space in these', then hand over the clip board to sign!
Makes me smile everytime.

Regards, doggydog.

"For those who know that standing out and shouting are two different things. But don't know their engine from their boot!"
