AAARGH, I feel like I've turned into a bag of bits overnight.

I'm 35, generally good health and decent BMI. I've felt a bit unfit recently, I do various sports in the summer such as rowing, cycling. Running but it's dropped off a bit after my autumn holiday.

Now I feel like in harm myself every time I start training again, however gentle.

My right hip (seems like piriformis) is starting to massively ache if I run, row, walk or stand for long periods of time.

My left knee gets painful if I run, and also last night the cat did his regular trick of sleeping on it, and if it's not mobile in the night it bloody locks up- so whilst I woke up in a rage about 1am and chucked him off its likely to be stiff all day.

Top half is generally alright although I had shoulder problems around Sept from rowing and my first outing in a boat last week confirms he problem is still there.

What do I do? I feel like I'm cracking up!!!!

tbf I think most people getting constant niggles and aches, especially as you get older.

A decent supplement regime and painkillers I reckon. smile

Recently my knee has been giving me jip, but I'm on diclofenic for that.

I'd start with swimming - loosen up the joints and improve your general fitness, but low-impact.
