Toyota Previa (2006) - How to configure from 7 to 8 seater ?

Hi,
I have a Toyota Previa, 2006 Model. It currently has a nice set of 7 cream leather seaters.

How can I change the rear seats to make them into a 3 seater (currently they are 2 seater).

Any ideas ?

From memory, the 8 seater was the earlier pre facelift model, with a bench seat. The 7 seater had individual seats in the back, not sure if they're interchangeable?

Is it even legal to add more seats to a vehicle than it was intended to have?

this, the older version has 2 3 3 configuration
the new version has 2 3 2 configuration
