Been going to Silverstone for years just checking out this years ticket prices. Was horrified to see that they are offering finance for your tickets !!!

I know it has never been cheap but this is surely a sign that they are taking the P*** now.

More a sign that they can make a kick back from the finance company.

I have seen some online stores offering credit on articles costing £7.99 - its just another revenue stream.

I love going to Silverstone and camping at the GP there is brilliant fun but £175 for a three day GA ticket is getting ridiculous. Hungary is £76, Monza is £77, Austria is £81.

Picking you flights carefully, it's getting to the point where it's almost cheaper to go to Monza than Northamptonshire.

Sellers always turn to advertising a cost to finance when the headline cost of a good can't be borne by the market.

They texted me with this 0% finsnce offer. I took them up on their kind offer to stop further marketing texts. Which cost me 12p, sneaky buggers.

And, in my view, a better atmosphere... plus you get to go on the track afterwards. Oh, and better coffee on the walk in from the car.

I did Monza in 2008 for £250. That's flight, ticket and 5 days accommodation so we could check out Milan and the lakes.

The last two years we've turned Monza into a weeks holiday, staying in Como including 4 days in Monza, total budget was probably £500 per person, we were on a budget but not trying to do it as cheaply as possible, you could do it cheaper than we did (you could also spend a hell of a lot more). It's not an expensive Grand Prix to do and it's one of the best.
