How fit can you get in ~7 weeks?
Discussion
After a bit of a lay up through injury, I need to concentrate on getting my fitness back for a ski trip in Feb, no pootling around on piste will be full on all day with plenty of hiking etc.
Base level of fitness was decent, running a fair amount per week, live in the lakes so do a decent amount of fell walking and running but I've probably missed about 4+ weeks now through a foot injury and two weeks of boozing and eating on holiday.
Would ideally like to put some sort of plan together a make sure I stick to it.
Anyone done similar or have any suggestions?

I'd suggest lots of bodyweight squats including plenty of static holds. Otherwise suggest just basic calisthenics: burpees, star jumps, mountain climbers, pushups and planks. Just be sure not to injure yourself again!
Cheers. Was a strange injury really nothing 'went' whilst I was out running but all of a sudden just became painful to put weight on one foot.Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
