Hi all, looking to buy a new car. Can you tell me if this is a good deal? Maximum budget is £5000 looking for a reliable low mileage diesel car. Do about 21 miles to work each way.

Many thanks

Low mileage plus new type diesel equals big costs down the line !
Buy a petrol it will be as economical and no DPF issues to worry about.

21 miles a day? I'd buy a petrol for sure

Looks fine
21 miles is easily enough to avoid those mythical Internet diesel issues that are constantly recycled. You'll save a fortune in fuel and lots prefer the way diesels drive anyway.

I see the diesel doom and gloom merchants are out in force already.

If your commute has a good 20 minutes of sitting at 70 mph then why the hell not got for a diesel.

If you'll be happy driving an 88bhp diesel every day that looks like a good buy.

21 miles each way. Presumably plus some other miles so maybe 15,000 pa.

Thanks guys, yeah I do 42 miles in total each day.

I'm not worried about speed, just want something economical, cheap to tax, cheap to repair and reliable. I have heard that Kia is pretty reliable.

This looks quite cheap for what it is which made me think I might be missing something?
