My Citroen C4 VTR 2005 has started behaving badly, first the right indicator has started flashing rapidly and now the wing mirrors have stopped retracting when I lock it?. After a while the mirrors retract as expected?

Any idea's

How good is your battery? All sorts of random things happen on C4s when the battery starts to fail.
