Anyone else using these ?

I bought a pack of their Santoku Knives about 4 months ago and been really surprised at how good they are. They need honing regularly but then what knife doesn't ? At £9 each they seemed too good to be true but so far I can't fault them.

Back in Costco yesterday and picked up a set of the boning knives. Again razor sharp, a good amount of flex in them - made easy work of de-boning pork belly while making some rillettes.

I'm sure they aren't going to compare to some of the high end stuff but at between £5 - £10 a knife what's not to like ?
