Glasgow - New homes

Hi just wondering if there's anybody in the know or a builder themselves that know if there's any new houses being built or near completion in the glasgow area. I'm not talking about your national builders like Cala, Miller, Stewart Milne etc but private builders, architects and the like. I've missed out on a few nice boutique homes a few years back but they seem rare and non existent in the last 2 years.
