Sonos not importing itunes playlists

Anyone help, never used to have a problem but now they won't appear under "imported playlists" - bloody annoying. My Sonos setup links to iTunes library stored on an NAS, works fine other than this.

I have heard of a 65,000 song limit but I am only at 40,000 / 360mb

any ideas?

now trying this:

Open I-Tunes.
At the top of the screen click on FILE.
Then click on LIBRARY.
Click on ORGANIZE LIBRARY.
Check on CONSOLIDATE FILES.

which did b*gger all - any ideas?
