delicious petrol -- Posted by prossers on Friday, August 6 2004

Leant today that George had had his delicious petrol sign from his Mazda garage stolen during the week.  He explained that he had seen a similar sign in the West Country many years ago, and decided to place one on his garage.  The sign was always a talking point for many people who drove past his garage.  He did say he had one complaint, eighteen months ago from a schoolteacher, who said he should not be encouraging children to drink petrol.

I'll have to keep an eye out for that one. I live near Aylesbury (Wendover) and my friend lives over in Brill

Well i'm not sure it is Brill but its the nearest sign!

You go past the Crooked Billet (heading towards Bicester) and take the next left (sign posted brill) Their house is the first one on the left after the farm.
