Best Europe Drive in Winter - Celebrating my new Passport !!

Hi all,
I am getting my British passport in a couple of weeks and can't think of any better way to celebrate (the independence of movement thus afforded for the first time in my life) than a nice road trip over a long weekend. Just me and the Z4.
Suggestions would be highly appreciated, keeping in mind that it'll be mid-January.
I will start off on a Friday night (from East London) and want to be back Monday evening. Don't mind driving lots and lots because that is the whole point of the trip.
