Yamaha HTR-5730SL

Afternoon all!

I'm looking for some direction from you stereoheads!

I have a Yamaha HTR-5730SL sitting in the house and was looking at getting it valued or sold and was wondering where to look/go? remote included.

I'd rather keep it but have redone the living room and it does not work with my minimalist look now! thought about putting it in cupboard and wiring it up but will invest in a sound bar instead.

any one help??

Also have a set of Tangent Avantgard speakers to go to a good home if anyones keen?

If it is I'd have said very little, AV receivers are sadly worth very little, especially if they are almost obsolete with no HDMI or other modern bells and whistles like network streaming and USB. I have a similarly obsolete amp (albeit a slightly higher up the range model but similar features and age) and it honestly wasn't worth selling so I kept it as a spare in case my Arcam blows up.

Its is the one above with a smaller remote, maybe an earlier model.

Did not think it would be worth much but gives me a reason to keep it for parties and the like now
