The Perfect Porsche not to own!!!
Discussion
It appears to be that no matter what Porsche we own the majority of us love them for what they are regardless, however, it is quite amazing the amount of posts that pop up stating that Porsche batteries are bad, Porsche lights are bad, Porsche engines are bad etc etc, is this not quite surprising for a top marque!
So just a bit of fun, if we list all the bad parts and put them together, what perfect Porsche "not to own" would we come up with?

I'd want the following "options" :
Early 964 dual mass flywheel
997 GT3/RS centrelocks
993 Engine loom
993 Check strap welds
964 Early cylinder base gaskets and head gaskets
and through bolt seals.
991 GT3 conrod bolts
Gen 1 PCCB's
996 C2/4 cylinder liners
996 C2/4 IMS bearings and RMS
997 Gen 1 GT3 front strut top mounts and ARB droplinks
996 Radiators
996 Air con condensors

Porsche have already done this, 996, end of thread....
You know what i'm getting a bit fed up with people constantly bashing the 996, One day all you bashers will realise what a good car it really is and is a lot nicer to drive and handles better than most if not all aircooled Porsche's ! All i can say is if you don't like the 996 just don't buy one ! It's a bit unfair for all of us who own a 996 to constantly read this rubbish !
Merry Christmas to you all !
