Having trouble getting a contract - what am I doing wrong?

Seasoned contractor of 5 years, however been looking for a new contract now for 8 weeks and still not landed anything. Did manage to get verbal acceptance on two contracts, but the stupid recruitment company didnt close it down quickly enough allowing another agency to creep in.

Finances are ok..

Started looking at permi jobs - which seem to be even more difficult to get even with the lower salaries.


Keeping myself busy with gym, kids and running....but beginning to feel my brain is dying.
