Looking at a potential job in Cabot Circus and currently live in Gloucester. I'm thinking the M5, M4, M32 will be best however during rush hour i know this will be a nightmare. I am looking to drive as oppose to train/bus. Any suggestions?

Not much else you can do really. Depends what time "rush hour" means to you - I used to hit the M32 around 8:00 - 8:15 - not too bad at that time. If you leave at the last junction, then get straight back on again, you can save a few minutes.

Very straightforward route, at least. I can't see any benefit in coming another road route. The M32 does get slow at rush hour but never horrific.

Of course, train is the other option but you'd need to walk from Temple Meads- probably 10 mins, not sure how close you are the other side. Gloucester isn't on one of the faster routes.

M4/M32 can be a nightmare.

I used to carry past on the M5 & go in via the road that goes along the river (Come off at the M5 @ CostCo) & under Clifton Bridge (sorry, not a local so don't know the road names/numbers!) & then wriggled through back streets.

All thr main routes into Bristol will be a PITA at rush hour. Over the years I have tried them all and TBH the M32 route is a quick as any and pretty simple. You could try going in via Henleaze or Westbury on Trym
