CLUTCH problem on my 2500M?
Discussion
Hi,
Last week, I stop at a traffic light and can't engage a gear, I return to my home in first gear and in the garage the filler and piston from the clutch slave cylinder fall down. The engine clutch gearbox have been rebuilt 6000 miles ago but I think It is the diagram spring or the clutch operating fork, but I have to remove the gearbox to see!!!If you have an info and what is the time to remove a gearbox .Thanks

The 2500 triumph engine is noted for a marginal clutch. failure is often coomonly as a result of the clutch fork mechanism. The bolt securing the fork to theshaft generally is the culprit. Talk to any triumph specialist and they will be able to advise regarding best methods of repair / modification.
