That's a heart breaking sight.
I've never met John, but having exchanged a few emails, and having seen a few photos of the car, his passion for quite tastefully 'pimping his ride' was very evident.
He had done beautiful work.

When did this happen? and more importantly; I hope John (and any passengers) is/are okay?

John and his son are ok,just a bit of the old stiffness from being tossed about.

Happened a few months back.

Think it happened on a dual carriageway if not motorway,popped it down a gear on inside lane, pulled out and thinks he hit some oil in road,back end came round lookly missed the centre armco,but then went across otherside and went backwards into a tree.
