I was there on the day, still in a Griffith (though not the same one) & still hang around these pages. Many of the new friends who were with us on that day are more like brothers & sisters to us now & we see them all the time, some still in TVRs Im happy to say.

It was a great event & they were VERY happy daysbiggrin

I've just been reminded by my dear lady wife how absolutely freezing it was that day.

350 miles with the roof off, I think I've gone a bit soft in my old age as I doubt I would get away with it now.

Wow that was a long time ago.Yes we are there with our lovely Midas gold T350C. Reg DS9150. We sold it quite a while ago just after the factory closed.
We got 17k for it back then. If only I had kept it. As it was low mileage. Now they are fetching around 24K for that year now.
Prices were beginning to drop drastically. And bought a narrow boat. Lived on that for three years. Had a nice Mk one Tuscan after that. Got too old for TVRs (I think)............Now we have and Aston V8 Vantage. So civilised: getmecoat:
We still love Tivs though. I would not have a bad thing said about them. We are constantly looking for our lovely Midas T350C. And would have it back any time.So if anyone knows where it is,please tell me. (Even if its not for sale).
Its quite noticeable by the small union flag to the rear or the side windows.
Dave and Di.(was mid Essex region).

Hi Keith. Sad to say probably due to my age I can't remember you.Though bet my wife will. She has the most amazing memory. Makes up for what I don't have. Thanks ever so much for your kind words. It was nice to think you went on to buy a Tam after sitting in our T350.
Do mid Essex still go to St Mary's car show?
Dave.
