Hi folk, I am need some advice about what can to go for. I have a monaro vxr 6.0 with a 112 harrop charger non intercooler and full wortex exhaust including headers. I'm lead to believe is it has a 5psi pulley I was hopeing to up that a little and add a water/meth for cooling. I have spoke to monkfish about there cams but was to see what you guys thought.
I'm really wanting to get the most out of the charger I have but I love the sound of a lumpy engine. Your thought would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Gary who owns aftershocks old car might be able to help, because he has a cammed VXR500 with water/meth

Gary H has a Brian Tooley Racing stage 2 blower cam and water/meth in his 122 supercharged VXR8 with good results

A few guys have the monkfish cam

If you want to keep a standard rev limit then i personally dont think you need a big cam

Monkfish cam or Walki cam if you want a tried and tested route and are not fussed about knowing the details. If your interested in the specs then Gary's BTR cam is looking the best so far, it's what I will be dropping into my LS3 next year.

You may have to upgrade your fuel pump

With 6 psi if boost and a 112 blower the fuel pump should be fine

Agreed, I had the same engine running a H122 @ 9psi with water/meth injection and the pump worked fine @ 480RWHP

I will get the cam sorted and get it on the rollers and see what's what.
What sort of power should I get out of it with all this done. Just so I know what to expect.

May be the btr 3 would be better for your ls3.
