Brings back great memories - I lived there for about a year in 2000/2001 for work. It's not a small town, its actually just north of the city limits of Pittsburgh, in the belt where most of the populous live and commute from - so lots of traffic into and out of the city. Didn't realise there were so few cops for a fairly busy route.
