Anyone done one of the above? Might do it once the weather perks up a bit, should be doable in a day as this guy did on a Brompton.

Been thinking about a ride like this before I move out of London this year. Its a long ride but would be great to do on a warmish day. The brompton riders route doesn't seem like it would be all that nice on a road bike though.

Not done it, but it had crossed my mind when I used to live in London. I would have thought there are nicer routes to do 150 miles in one go though...

That's what you'd expect, but most of the accounts I've read mention how surprisingly pleasant it is.
