This guy is selling T-Shirts with my car on the front. I`m not sure were he got the "Raggamuffin original illustration" from, Google possibily?
Did he need permission from me to do this, or can anyone just copy and paste photos from the web?
I`m not against anyone trying to make a few bob, but somehow it doesn`t fit right with me.
Am i being a bit of an arse, or do you think i have a point?

Is it your photo on the shirt? If so then you've got a copyright issue.

If he's seen the car on the street and photographed it then you're on your own.

wot 'e sez smile

If it's your picture, I'd ask for royalties for each one sold. £12 per shirt should cover it

If you posted the picture in the public domain then he can do whatever he likes with it, I personally would take it as a compliment and ask for a free t shirt.

He's only sold one anyway so you're unlikely to get rich quick

I would be more worried if he was selling T-Shirts of your Missus with the XR airbrushed out!

It has got exactly the same reflection in the passenger door mirror as in the OP's pic.

Fine, thanks for asking mate.I did a small update on the thread a while back.
Turbo Technics conversion still on the back burner, reconsidering to be honest.

You could probably get him to stop selling them if you got all legally threatening. If it were me I'd just ask for a free T-shirt though - seems like a fair trade. He's hardly a multinational coining it in by using your image.

I'd have been tempted to buy that Sprintex'd XR4x4 for a grand for the engine a few months back if I had yours
