As far as i can tell the commentary was done in the 90's and the footage is from the 60's, old guy remembering his cyclosross days.

Slightly rougher course than were used to nowadays.

Aye, it's a corker. I love the bike hurling, doubt you'd get away with that sort of behaviour with a carbon frame.
