Base Idle

Has anyone successfully used a polythene bag or piece of polythene to block the stepper feed hose when setting the base idle. I was thinking pull hose off near butterfly valve cover spigot with polythene and replace hose to secure. Making up a bung seems long winded.

Just use a cork you must have some over from Xmas.

Just cut a couple of fingers/thumbs of nitrile gloves put them on the pipe stub & push the hose back on.
