Hi All. Advice needed for ex company car driver
Discussion
Hi i am by choice coming out of my company car scheme, basically the cars on offer are awful. With the BIK saving and the cash alternative i have circa £450 pm to spend but obviously need to insure and maintain the car within that budget. I don't have a large deposit but to be honest wouldn't want to put a deposit down even if i did. i reckon i need £100 pm to tax insure and maintain a car (please let me know if i'm way off mark). So have circa £350 pm for the car. I have had company cars for over 20 years so am clueless when it comes to financing new / nearly new cars. I need a family sized car and am partial to all the bells and whistles. If i need to put a bit towards my budget each month i would for the right car.
Any advice or assistance you can give me would be gratefully received. Any tips on good deals would also be welcome
