Garage / workshop wanted for caterham 7 build

Hello. I am planing a caterham 7 build and I need a place to build the car.
I live in Bushey near Bushey arches, hopefully the right place will be local.
I am looking for a garage, workshop, lockup or private land that I could have a temporary mobile workshop put on.

Rent and length of time needed can be confirmed on finding the right place.

Any surgestions or advice will be gratefully recived.

Where I live (mid Essex) you can rent barns, farm buildings and garages from Lord Raleighs farms at a reasonable rate, I joined with 2 others to make it affordable and can store 10 cars between us

Couple of things I've done in the past.

Call your local council they'll have a list of garages they rent out, you might want to rent two next to each other, it'll be easier.

Secondly make a little flyer and pop it in the door of likely looking houses near where you live along with post card ads in local newsagents, post Office, Tesco's etc. Found loads of garages over the years using all these techniques.

The only downside with the council garages is no lekkys but a genny's not that expensive these days.
