FitBit tracker - iphone question
Discussion
I bought my girlfriend one of these a while back - the reason it isn't really compatible with an iPhone 4 is that it communicates over BlueTooth 4.0 - which the iPhone 4 does not support.
You may be able to link it to your computer and then the iPhone gets the data over the internet?
As we are in the cycling forum it is probably worth noting that the version my girlfriend has doesn't seem to track cycling.

As previous poster said, you can only sync with iPhone 4S and newer, as they support the low power bluetooth that fitbit uses.
I brought my Dad a fitbit flex for christmas. That came with a USB bluetooth dongle, so you plug that in to a PC or Mac, install their software, and the fitbit will then automatically sync with the computer.
Not sure about the other devices, but the flex saves all data it captures for 7 days, and then daily summaries for 30 days. So as long as you sync weekly you won't lose any data. and sycning monthly will still give you daily totals.
