Any idea what car this is ?

Searching ebay for period photos of eeeeerrrrrr old triumphs I stumbled across this photo advertised as topless picture of model June Palmer in triumph car. Rear arch and screen frame say midget, door and sill line say spitfire, RHD. Anyone got any ideas ?

Looks like an Elva Courier to me
I'd guess it to be a 1963/4 Mk 1V with MGB engine.
Built by Lambretta-Trojan in Purley Way, Croydon, Surrey.
They were involved with Scooters, Heinkel Bubble cars and had a collaboration with McLaren racing cars.
