Porsche Warranty

Renewed my warranty for the first time just before Christmas. Signed all the documentation and a week or so later received all the Porsche assistance paperwork.

Question is: should I have received a warranty certificate detailing the details of the car covered and the start/end dates?

They had computer issues so I signed the forms and they said they would mail out the paperwork.

I've received the Porsche assistance paperwork just wondering if I should have a warranty certificate. I don't want to chase the OPC for a document which may not exist.

yes there is a certificate as above along with a few other bits to sign, If you've not signed them the dealer will need you to.

Gave them a call and they are sending the certificate out!

I don't know. My car has always been serviced at a Porsche dealer.
