Hello All.

I was very kindly pointed in the direction of this sub forum by R8VXF, many thanks mate.

New to PH but seems a great place to get advice, have a natter and hopefully a giggle along the way.

Took the plunge buying my Monaro last year and to date like a kid at Christmas every time I fire her up.

Had a few mods done and a bit of wrapping (not everyone's taste I admit) but truly astounding car and loving every second.

Looking forward to being part of this forum and speak soon folks.

Managed to find these two pics folks. A few mods since these taken, the best of which was taking OFF the chrome V8's and de badging completely.




I take criticism well folks, so feel free to comment, always nice to get others opinions.

Thanks mate. I know wrapping isn't to everyone's taste, but I like it. And the writing on the tyres has caused a stir now and again, but makes heads turn, just a pain in the rear with the upkeep of the 'white'. Still, I think I've now come across a 'system' which works.

Hi Sturdy.

Thanks matey. Have considered loads of options ref wrapping and black mouth being one of them. But the good lady keeps saying 'Less is more'.

But she also said this before I had a custom made Magnaflow exhaust fitted, she only noticed when the ROAR seemed louder .

Once again mate, many thanks and as evidence I may show your post to the good lady when I want a black mouth, along with the black eye I'm likely to get if I go ahead. .

The good lady says less is more? Sounds like a winner!

I think it might be too much though given the lights/nostrils, it's a difficult one.

The rear section of the side skirts can be good for a contrasting colour too, but again, may be too much as it looks great already

Wasn't too sure Stig when I did them as can divide opinion, but what the hell, my car and love it now.
