Info needed - jump.co.uk - insurance company

Due to my current circumstances I tend to screen calls for my father. I have just received several phone calls in the last 5 mins from a company called jump.co.uk regarding insurance for him. They have insulted me in the extreme and I need to make a complaint but I can get any contact details that anybody might have.

As I have been typing this they have just called pretending to be from halifax bos. They really are taking the piss. I need some info on them to take this further. If you don't want to post it here please mail me.

Also, ring the operator and tell him/her you're being harassed, and could he/she monitor incoming calls to your line.

That's intriguing, thanks Jamie. Will have to look into it more later today. If they were using a foreign callcenter (sounded like it) that would explain the lack of uk info. I think one or two calls will be needed tomorrow
