When you find the cause an oil & filter change are probably in order 
over fueling bad enough & left long enough causes the sump oil level to increase 
diagnosing an injector is straight forward enough through elimination/unplugging but I doubt it 
inj failure is a very rare occurrence although not so much with the late stuff
