Which Estate? BMW 535d, Mercedes E350, Jaguar XF 3.0d?

Hi. Hoping for some ideas. I'm still gutted I missed a good deal on a Mercedes E350 last month, but now I have to find an estate to lease, ideally for 10k miles pa, for 2 years, with a budget of £400-450 ext VAT.

[EDIT: I won't be paying for the car's maintenance or insurance, so they are not factors]

The BMW 535d for £430 is probably the frontrunner at the moment. As a kid I always wanted a BMW. That said, the Mk5 Golf TDI I currently drive is the only car I've ever owned, so I'm pretty sure I'll be pleased with any of the candidates.

Is there any other option or deal that I'm overlooking?
