Ken the lowlife thief has a green light to steal roadowners money and HM customs have now got 10000 of our cars stolen last year because tony Blair continues to rip us off for booze and fags. Time this bloody lot got their comeuppence. one good thing though the same principle has been applied to Customs thieves as Idris Francis is hoping for in his revenue camera case ie innocent till proven guilty. Where do these shit kickers get off with this guilty by default crap? Tie a customs officer to a speed camera and set the bloody lot on fire.

I still can't understand how you can have a car impounded on the presumtion of an offence, we have a basic law in this country "INNOCENT TILL PROVED GUILTY" this has to be an offence against human rights and a lot of people cleverer than me have failed to find any redress here WTF is going on?!!!

Wasn't the test case based upon the fact that the defendant was travelling within the European Community and was technically not subject to random stop & search C&E inspection

Whilst your man had a couple of botles of wine, you will have read further on that he also had 10,000 B&H which could only been for his own consumption if he has a pack of pet smoking beagles
