Quite a shock to the local economy I bet. Not just a track day opportunity though, I bet there must be some pretty good storage, workshop and office facilities for some enterprising folks. Down here when the MoD pulled out of Portland I heard they were renting pretty decent sized office units from only £38 per week, no rates for startup etc.

Perimeter road does indeed look awesome, it would be like the old old Silverstone.
