Has anyone used these on their precious Porsche alloy, or has anyone got any views?

I wouldn't fit them on a wheelbarrow - terrible things vomit

I had them fitted to a RenaultSport Cup car I keep in the s of France. It has vulnerable speedline wheels and thought they would offer some protection in some of the narrow kerbed streets, so asked my tyre fitter to fit a set.

They never looked nice on the wheels, with an ugly bulge at the joint. Dirt and muck gets behind them which can scratch the wheels, they do get scuffed and look scruffy. They started to move away from the wheels and eventually one flew off at 50mph damaging a wheel arch.

So, I took it up with the manufacturers, but they just procrastinated and procrastinated (I kept all the emails). They kept said they were looking into it, despite numerous requests over several months, but they did nothing.

In the end I realised they had no intention of doing anything, so I found somewhere that really suited them - the bottom of a dustbin - I've got pictures which I may post.

Really, don't waste your money.

My wife has them on her car.

Ever since she had them I often say to her "can you make me a ham sandwich...and make it snappy"
