So I bought a reg for my parents for Xmas. We managed to lose the v778 (think that's what it was) which I thought was required to transfer the reg to a vehicle.
Anyway, I've sent off a letter to the Welsh in Swansea asking for a new one. In the meantime Ive received a v750. Also they have bought a new car, collecting this Saturday.
I was planning on getting the new plate on when she collects this sat, the salesman said I need the v5 back in her name before we send the form off to the ----- Welsh for the transfer to go through.
I read that if I send the v750 off and v5c2 and v62...?
Which is correct?
Me thinks the Welsh should do all this crap online!

Oddly, I am Welsh too. When I book a concert ticket or similar and it goes pear-shaped, I don't blame "those English".
It's the conciliatory manner in which it was used I found objectionable, not least because half the staff are probably not even Welsh and historically, almost certainly share their gene pool with the English and Irish, who flocked here in Victorian times.
And of course the Welsh are a race.
"Race is a social concept used to categorize humans into large and distinct populations or groups by anatomical, cultural, ethnic, genetic, geographical, historical, linguistic, religious, and/or social affiliation. First used to refer to speakers of a common language and then to denote national affiliations, in the 17th century, people began to use the term to relate to observable physical (i.e. phenotypical) traits. Such use promoted hierarchies favourable to differing ethnic groups. Starting from the 19th century, the term was often used, in a taxonomic sense, to denote genetically differentiated human populations defined by phenotype".
Don't forget the sheep shagging jokes either, they are hysterical.

It's not racist, it just makes the OP sound like a bellend.
What I was politely trying to say.
If I said for instance I had terrible trouble sorting my passport with the scousers. Even tho scouser is not a racist term it would just make me sound like a narrow minded dimwit.
