Cosford airshow

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any camping sites for Cosford airshow?
We normally go to Waddington and stay at Barn farm beside the runway but with it not being on this year I'm looking for an airshow with camping close by and Cosford is just within range (2 hr drive from Leeds). And it's a major one.

I used to live on a farm for 12 years overlooking the airfield, we charged £10 a car and allowed camping. On site toilets and catering were provided on the day.
I have moved from there now but I know they are still opening the field on airshow. It's a better view point as the aircraft fly over the field as they have to avoid flying over the main crowd, it really is a spectacular vantage point.

Going to have a trip down and recce the area. Maybe try have a word with the farmer too. Do you know what days they allow camping I.e Thursday to Monday?

We started going to Elvington years ago and could get right beside the runway nigh on. Then Barn farm. So we're used to being close

Sat I've allowed set up in the past, as well as RV's and caravans. I'd imagine they would do the same.
You'll need to get off on the Monday latest,if not on the Sunday evening after the show.
