Bike Value?

Just placed an order for a new summer bike so it's time to move the old one on...

Pretty hard to value so I'd appreciate any help;

2012 Scott Foil 20
Large
Ultegra throughout
No wheels
Covered 7,000 miles
Average condition, few scrapes, marks etc
New cables, BB and service within the past few months

Amazing frame, just slightly the wrong size for me.

I was thinking around £600-£750.

Would be a perfect crit bike for someone

How tall are you? Any pics?

I thought the normal rule was 50% after year 1 then 10% annual depreciation there after, obviously you need to adjust for lack of hoops!

I'm 5'11", but slightly shorter legs for my height apparently!

I can only assume that when he says"deciding which medium to sell it through" he is choosing which psychic to use as a broker...

Seriously though, £500 if you can send a few photos, no ebay fees, no timewasters, can collect tomorrow within reason....

I would suggest you take that you won't get a quick sale otherwise and the price is realistic.

I would take that offer as I doubt you'd get much more on eBay and have all the headache of time-wasters etc.

Just yesterday I offered someone a very good offer on a 'hi end' frame. My offer was refused as the seller thought he would get more in the auction. Turns out my offer was far more than he eventually got in auction. Plus eBay fees etc he was well down on my offer.
