Got told yesterday that my car is a write-off. Not planning on getting something new and fancy until the end of the year, so need a shed to get me to and from work everyday. I could spend hours searching for cars under a grand, it's great fun.

I'm also seriously tempted by ste like this:

Seems expensive to me? Not something you could resell easily?

This looks fun...I bet it overturns easily. wink

Great online, until you have to start viewing sheds, then it becomes duller. IMHO. Those shiny photos hide many sins.

I've spent the last 10 years smoking about in a variety of sheds, all <£1k. So far -
Pug 106 1.1
Volvo V40
Audi A4 B5 1.9tdi
BMW 325tds touring
Ford Mondeo Tddi
Vaux Omega 2.6
Saab 9-5 tid

It can be great fun, but I have been bitten with one or two pups.

This thread can stump up the occasional peach -
