No, followed a pair of cars that look like they were driven by people that had had a few drinks before. They were all over the place. One randomly swerved into the middle of the road and clipped (what looked to be a jag xf) going the other direction.

Why not tell the police rather than the unlikely hope the driver is on this forum?

The drink drive message hasn't reached one or two of the villages on that stretch of road.
