SL55 AMG Cost lower front ball joint replacement

Anyone have a rough cost to replace one on these from either an Indy or Mercedes dealer.

Sorry but just about to buy one and its come up as having slight movement in the Mercedes health

If it's the one at the bottom of the strut it's part of the strut. About 1200 + VAT + fitting.

Update...Mercedes dealer says there is slight play in the lower ball joint in their health check inspection, passed its MOT with no advisories, independent garage says all is good!!!!
Got a years warranty with Warranty wise so I guess it is suck it and see.

Will they cover that ball joint? I'd think not - especially when they see the ££££££££££££££s

Got my local Merc dealer, Hughes of Beaconsfield to replace it
They looked and said had to be done as knackered ...they could not understand how it would of passed an mot
Got it all done for under a grand inclusive as they like me and are really helpful and accomodating.
Would recommend them to anyone with a Merc
