Speaking as someone who recently bought a 2011 a5 with 100k on it, I wouldn't be too concerned really. New cars car quite easily take this mileage and usually would indicate that the car has had long journeys therefore in theory has been allowed to warm up etc. Plus an e350 isn't a highly strung engine, likely wafted along at 80mph in top gear most of its life.

I bought an '06 E63 estate with 80,000 odd miles 18 months ago. Apart from a new steering rack it's been relatively hassle free touch wood. Currently on 100k+
